(WXYZ) — A 29-year-old Ferndale man was arrested for allegedly recording unclothed victims in a restroom with a hidden camera.
Police say police began investigating Tyler Tierney in July 2020.
Tierney allegedly saved the recordings but did not distribute them. Detectives identified and interviewed all of the victims of the crimes.
Tierney was arrested by the Ferndale Police Department on Nov. 16. He was charged with five counts of Surveilling an Unclothed Person and given a $20,000 personal bond.
