A $70 million bond has been sold to help repair the Fraser sinkhole sewer line that collapsed on Christmas Eve.
Several cracks and fractures were found in the broken line which is estimated to cost $75 million to fix.
Funds will come from the $70 million of bond money, as well as $5 million from the state.
The sewer line caused a football field sized hole, and forced three homes in the area to be condemned.
Repair work is expected to wrap up in September. In November, the road is scheduled to be re-paved.
