Flames seen coming from roof of Parc Detroit restaurant downtown

DETROIT (WXYZ) — Crews are on the scene of a fire at Parc Detroit fine restaurant in downtown Detroit.

An Action News viewer submitted video of the flames shooting from the building's roof Tuesday afternoon.

Rachael Backer says she was leaving work when she saw the fire.
