The former manager of Vinsetta Garage will be sentenced today.
Last month, Jeffrey Wells pleaded guilty to embezzling more than a $100,000 from the Berkley restaurant.
Wells was on vacation when police uncovered the crime.
The owner of Vinsetta Garage says wells had been a member of the restaurant family for years and called the situation "Heartbreaking".
