Former Michigan State University basketball star Mateen Cleaves was back in court today.
He's accused of sexually assaulting a woman last year at a Mundy Township motel.
In court on Thursday, a stay was granted while they wait for an appeal to be decided, according to Gary Ridley from MLive.
