An array of witnesses took the stand Monday in a hearing to help determine if former survivor contestant Michael Skupin should stand trial in Oakland County.
Skupin is charged with running a Ponzi scheme and possession of child pornography.
Investigators say they found the child porn when searching his computer for evidence of the scheme.
The witnesses who testified today said they donated money to Skupin's “Pay it Forward” program and never got anything in return.
The hearing is adjourned until next week, when the child pornography charges are expected to be addressed.
Skupin denies all the charges.
