Friends and family will come together today to pay tribute to a Wayne County road worker who was killed in what appears to be a tragic accident.
David Wolf, 47, was part of a patching crew last week when he and a co-worker were hit by a county truck that failed to stop.
Dozens of crews from other public works departments in metro Detroit are expected to attend the funeral which will be held at 11 a.m. at the John N. Santeiu and Son Funeral Home.
That's located on Inkster Road in Garden City.
Wolf leaves behind a wife and two children.
A GoFundMe page has been created for the family to help raise money for funeral expenses.
