(WXYZ) — The Girl Scouts of Southeastern Michigan will begin selling their famous Girl Scout Cookies this week and continuing for a couple of months.
The girls will begin taking pre-order sales on Monday, Dec. 17, 2018. Those who want to buy direct and booth cookies will have to wait until Feb. 15, and those will continue through April 7, 2019.
Close to a million girls participate in the annual program, which generates nearly $800 million in sales. That money helps provide experiences for the girls through programming, impactful community projects and much more.
Prices for the cookies are:
- Thin Mints - $4 per box
- Samoas - $4 per box
- Tagalongs - $4 per box
- Trefoils - $4 per box
- Do-si-dos - $4 per box
- Savannah Smiles - $4 per box
- Toffee-Tastic - $5.50 per box
- S'mores - $5.50 per box
