Google will officially open a new office in Detroit alongside Little Caesars Arena Thursday morning.
The Detroit office is located at 52 East Henry Street.
Employees at the new location will focus on automotive advertising and technical support. Chris Ilitch, Senator Gary Peters and Congresswoman Brenda Lawrence are expected to speak at an event celebrating the company's new office.
The company signed the lease for the move back in November 2017.
Google co-founder Larry Page is a Michigan native and University of Michigan graduate.
