Luggage, check! Boarding pass, check! Food? Oh man.
It just got a lot easier to grab food on the go at Detroit Metro Airport.
A new app, recently launched at DTW, aims to help you find and order food fast in your terminal.
The Grab app is already in place at a number of other airports across the country and it lets passengers pre-order grub from participating restaurants.
A couple of the eateries involved at DTW: Hockeytown Cafe, TGI Fridays and Thee Irish Guinness Pub--just to name a few.
People who order for pick-up through the app can even skip the lines and get their food from a separate to go counter, according to a news release.
The app's features include full menus, estimated wait times and directories of nearby restaurants, retailers and services in the terminal.
Grab is free and it's available for both Android and iOS devices.
