DETROIT (WXYZ) — A grandmother and her vehicle missing from Detroit has been found safe.
Detroit Police say Dorothy Johnson was located unharmed Saturday afternoon. No other details were given.
Johnson was last seen by her granddaughter on August 28 around 10 a.m. at their home in the 11300 block of Sussex. Her vehicle, an older green Dodge Caravan, was also gone from the location.
Family members were extremely worried. They believe Johnson may be in the beginning stages of dementia, according to police.
