DETROIT (WXYZ) — Need a smile on your face? Hang out with Katie for a few minutes, and you’ll find that smile comes to you easily.

“I’m beautiful. I have a great laugh. I have a great smile,” she said beaming. “I’m a great, fun person. Sometimes I can be sassy. I am a sassy woman,” she added giggling.

“I like to do my own hair, my nails, my makeup, do earrings. I like to play games, do puzzles, do coloring,” Katie explained.

Her real name is Kathrine, but she likes to go by Katie.

Reading books is a pastime she enjoys, but she also likes watching cartoons.

She loves “The Grinch” movies, Frozen, Tom and Jerry, and Disney’s heroines.

“I want to go to Disneyland to see my favorite princess in the whole wide world. Her name is Ariel, Princess Ariel.” said Katie.

Her favorite candies include chocolate and Gummy Bears. She is not a fan of black licorice.

Playing board games, cards, and going swimming are some of her favorite activities.

She hopes to be adopted out of foster care and have fun with her future parents.

“I’m looking for my perfect, beautiful, handsome parents. I want, like, sisters, brother, mom and dad, and a pet,” she said adding that she loves kittens and puppies.
