Great Lakes Water Authority offering more than $1 million in assistance for water bills

(WXYZ) — Hard times can hit anyone of us. Sometimes people just need a hand up, and just need a little help to get back on their feet.

If you are drowning in water bill debt, The Great Lakes Water Authority has even more resources to come to the rescue.

We are talking more than $1 million in assistance is earmarked for people in Detroit and Flint.

The team is proud to shout about it, along with its partner, the Wayne Metro Community Action Agency.
