DETROIT (WXYZ) — Groundbreaking is scheduled on a new $4.7 million condominium development in Brush Park.
Brush 8 will bring start-of-the-art living to the historic neighborhood and replace an empty lot that has been vacant for decades, according to the developer. Three of the eight townhomes are already pre-sold.
The event is scheduled at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 10.
