Hamtramck Disneyland is now up for grabs.
The folk-art project was built by a Ukrainian immigrant Dmytro Szylak.
He started the project in 1992 and finished it in 1999. Since then, people from all over the world have traveled to Hamtramck to admire his creation.
"It's history, it's history. It's old-style, keep it like this," says Alex Levain, who lives next door to the attraction.
Hamtramck Disneyland spans across two houses. One of the houses is listed for $60,000 but we're told the owner wants to sell both houses as a package deal for $120,000.
