WATERFORD TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WXYZ) — Dixie Highway between Telegraph and Silver Lake Road in Waterford Township has reopened in both directions following a head-on collision involving an Oakland County deputy Thursday morning.
Drivers were asked to take an alternate route.

7 Action News learned there were minor injuries and that the incident may have involved a suspected drunk driver. The vehicle matched the description of one wanted by Waterford Township Police, sources say.
The investigation is ongoing.
