(WXYZ) — Heads-up, drivers! Westbound I-696 at I-75 has reopened in Oakland County.
The Michigan Department of Transportation says the closure was due to a downed power line.
DTE Energy crews installed a new wire and pole, completing the repair and allowing the road to reopen before rush hour.
