The Troy man charged in the murder of a 37-year-old woman will be in court today for a probable cause hearing.
Charles Stephens has been arraigned on charges relating to the stabbing death of the wife and mother during a break-in at her apartment near Somerset Collection between Coolidge and Crooks. Police were called to the scene on March 21.
The victim's husband was in Korea on a business trip at the time and learned about her death upon arrival.
