Today is the day when many eastsiders blow off work and party on Lake St. Clair.
Jobbie Nooner draws thousands of boats out to Muscamoot Bay, where people spend the day boat-hopping and partying.
It’s developed a reputation for excessive drinking and nudity, but the Macomb Daily reports that as the crowd ages, the incidents have declined.
Police told the paper the party has become much more tame and the reports of fighting and drownings have decreased in the past few years.
Here’s a roundup of social media posts from people at the party.
