There's a secret game hiding on Facebook and you can unlock it, if you know the special code.
Even if you don’t really care for chess, you can still impress your friends by creating a new chess game on the social media site.
This hidden game is built into Facebook’s Messenger feature. There’s no need to download another application.
All you have to do is open up a chat window with a friend and type @fbchess play. You’ll see a chess board pop up instantly.
In order to move the pieces, you’ll have to type where you want them to go. Unfortunately, there's no drag and drop option.
K is for king, Q is for queen, N is for knight, B is for bishop, R is for rook and P is for pawn.
You use those letters and the square identifiers to make a move.
If you're lost, typing @fbchess help will explain more thoroughly.
As of this post, chess is the only game that appears to be hidden in Messenger. Typing @fbcheckers play didn't produce any results.
