The house on West Tyrell Road in Shiawassee County is where police say a man was murdered and cannibalized.
Accused killer Mark Latunski owned the home that fell into foreclosure. He allegedly killed 25-year-old Kevin Bacon in the home's basement back in December.
The home sold for almost $102,000, which was about $21,000 over the minimum asking price.
