DETROIT (WXYZ) — Police have executed a search warrant in the hunt for a 23-year-old wanted in a deadly beating following a car accident.
Officers looking for Lawrence Davis are searching a home on Waverly, near Dexter on Detroit's west side.
Sources are telling 7 Action News that police received a tip that Davis may have been in a home in the neighborhood. However, officers say he was not there.
Davis is charged with Open Murder in the death of Tyler Wingate following a minor traffic accident earlier this week.
