Hundreds expected to turn out for protest against Gilbert over Cleveland arena

About 200 faith and community leaders from Cleveland, Ohio are expected to protest outside of Quicken Loans Headquarters in Detroit today over an arena deal.

It's regarding businessman Dan Gilbert's effort to renovate the Quicken Loans Arena, according to a press release from the group. 

Leaders from Greater Cleveland Congregations and Detroit Regional Interfaith Voice for Equity are expected to participate. 

Cleveland.com reports the group says Gilbert has not yet agreed to meet with them about the "$282 million upgrade." 

The protest is expected to begin at 11:30 a.m.
