The southbound lanes of I-75 near Dix Toledo have reopened following a fatal crash.
The accident happened on the border of Woodhaven and Brownstown Township.
Michigan State Police say troopers were called to the scene of the accident around 3 a.m.
Police say a motorcycle rider somehow fell off his bike and was struck multiple times by other vehicles. It's not clear if another vehicle was involved, causing the rider to crash his motorcycle initially.
The victim is a 33-year-old man from Garden City, according to police.
The freeway was shut down for several hours this morning.
