(WXYZ) — July may have been National Ice Cream month, but the celebration of all things ice cream isn't over yet.
If mustard ice cream wasn't enough, Oscar Mayer is unleashing cookie sandwiches infused with actual hot dog bits.
Today is National Ice Cream Sandwich Day, and to celebrate Oscar Mayer has introduced what they're call the "ice dog sandwich." Sound good?
The ice dog features candied hot dog bits, hot dog sweet cream, spicy Dijon gelato and a cookie bun.

The new release was in response to French's mustard ice cream for National Mustard Day. "Because a hot dog for dinner should be chased by a hot dog for dessert," the company joked.
