(WXYZ) - Three young women of color were targeted by hateful remarks written on a message board inside a dorm at Central Michigan University.
The school's president alerted students, faculty and staff saying racism, bigotry and hatred won't be tolerated.
Student Yasmeen Duncan said in a Facebook post that she came home to her dorm to find racist comments written on her whiteboard.
The hateful message has now been replaced with messages of love and support, including one saying "You are beautiful."
