Authorities in Macomb County held a news conference Friday after body parts were uncovered from a shallow grave in Ray Township on Kuntsman Road, just south of 28 Mile Road.

The body was not intact and reportedly is male.
Sources are telling 7 Action News the investigation is related to a case of a missing teen male from a year ago.
The sources say a yard has been dug up in the area of Kunstman Road near 28 Mile and body parts have been found.
Sources also tell 7 Action News that the suspected killer is also a teen who was not in custody, but in a drug treatment program and this is a drug-related murder.
A girlfriend of the suspected killer came forward and told investigators where they would find the body parts.
The sources also say, the person who came forward said the victim was chopped up with an ax and body parts were put into bags and buried.
A sources tells us a man and woman are in custody for questioning and they are cooperating. The woman reportedly came forward yesterday and told police the man had shot the victim 3 or 4 times during a drug deal gone bad in the area of 34 Mile and Van Dyke.
The source tells us she disclosed the location to detectives.
Crime scene evidence techs were on the scene since this morning.
