LEXINGTON, KY. (WXYZ) — One of the bars listed in a recent lawsuit for overserving a man who killed a Northville, Michigan family in Kentucky has admitted guilt, according to the Lexington Alcoholic Beverage Control Office.

Horseshoes Kentucky Grill & Saloon pleaded guilty to the allegations Tuesday and has agreed to pay a $10,000 fine and will stop selling alcohol between May 17 through May 26. The bar also agreed to have employees undergo retraining and certification on responsible alcohol service.

A second bar, Roosters Wings, is also being sued by the Abbas estate for overserving Joey Lee Bailey prior to the January fatal crash.

The Abbas family was returning from Florida on Jan. 6 when Bailey, traveling in the wrong direction on I-75, hit the family's SUV head-on. The entire family of five was killed as well as Bailey.

According to the Fayette County Coroner's Office, Bailey's BAC was nearly four times over the legal limit.
