REDFORD TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WXYZ) — A woman is suing Redford Township after she was allegedly sexually assaulted during a court-ordered work program.

In the lawsuit, Linda Sexton accuses Larry Dunn of harassing her, making threats and sexually assaulting her.

She says the work detail was part of her probation for a nonviolent offense two years ago.

Court records show Larry Dunn has been charged with criminal sexual conduct and assault and battery. He made a plea deal and is serving two years' probation.

Redford Township is not commenting on the lawsuit.
