WARREN, Mich. (WXYZ) — The Warren Civic Theatre is proud to present the showing of Disney's "The Little Mermaid Musical," which opens on Friday, Aug. 2 and continues through the next weekend.
Every summer since 1994, the theatre has produced a Broadway-style musical, with more than 250 actors, dancers, singers, designers, production people, volunteers, and more working on it.
This summer’s show is directed by WCT Founder Greg Trzaskoma, Adjunct Instructor of Theatre at Macomb Community College and University of Detroit Mercy.
The Little Mermaid will run Aug. 2-4 and Aug. 9-11 at the Community Center Auditorium at 5460 Arden Ave. Shows on Friday and Saturday are at 7 p.m. and Sundays at 3 p.m.
Tickets start at $5 and can be purchased at warrencivic.org.
