Many times folks go on Shark Tank to sell products and make money. One Bloomfield Hills woman was on the show earlier this year pitching GOAT speaker.
You clip it on your pet's collar and play recorded messages to give the animal a voice.
Michelle Winowich is the founder of G.O.A.T. pet products.
Not only does it play music, you can program messages and sayings and then attach it to your dog's collar so you can talk for him.
"Giving a voice to the voiceless," Winowich said.
After getting the speaker in many local pet stores, she's now donating them to animal shelters, like Almost Home in Southfield after finding them on Instagram.
"I love their posts and they're always talking in first person for their dogs," Winowich said.
The shelter puts the speaker on their animals during adoption events or when they take the dogs for a walk. They say it helps increase the chances for their animals to be adopted. .
