ST. CLAIR, Mich. (WXYZ) — Dr. Matthew J. Bruzek of Riverview Family Dentistry in St. Clair is holding his third annual Veterans Day event on Monday, Nov. 11.
Bruzek, who is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and served from 2003 to 2009, started the event with his wife, Laura, when they opened a new office in St. Clair in 2017.
According to Bruzek, they reach out to fellow veterans who are unemployed, underemployed/low income, have no dental insurance and are in need of dental care or a cleaning.
All services are free of charge for veterans that day, and they also arrange for lunch, snacks and refreshments in the lobby.
