Police are on the hunt for one of Detroit's Most Wanted, a suspect still on the loose after gunning down a father of nine outside his home earlier this month, in front of his family.

The deadly shooting happened just before 10pm on Thursday, October 6th on the 3400 block of Beals, in Northeast Detroit. Police say Terrance Scott, 41, was standing on the front porch when someone in a dark sedan rolled up and opened fire. Homicide detectives say at least six shots were fired. The motive for the shooting is still unclear.

"He was clearly the target," said Detroit Police Sgt. Todd Eby.

Now investigators and Scott's family are turning to the public for help finding the suspect.

"I hate the fact that he's gone," said Teiasonta Scott, the victim's daughter.

Scott's sister, Toya, says she wants the triggerman behind bars. "My mother hasn't stopped crying," Toya said. "I just want justice and peace for my family."

Police are asking anyone with information about the shooting to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-SPEAK-UP. They are offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to an arrest, and callers can remain anonymous.

The family also says they are offering a cash reward for the right tip.
