Family and friends continue to mourn the death of music icon Merle Haggard by celebrating his life a month after his death.
A memorial will be held today at 10:30 a.m. at Valley Baptist Church in Northwest Bakersfield at 10:30 a.m.
Valley artists gathered in Oakhurst and paid tribute to Merle Haggard during the 2nd Classic Country and Rock Music Festival and the Golden Chain Theater.
