"Drew was I think one of the premiere voices of the Detroit Free Press," said Robert Huschka, executive editor of the Detroit Free Press. "He was bold in his opinions. His voice on paper was very loud. He was a real presence in the Detroit sports landscape."
Every time Drew and I saw each other, there was a Brother Rice / CC jab. He had heart, and was good company. Praying for his family.
