"They grabbed her by her hair and swing her to the ground," said Johnathan Hadley about the arrest of 22-year-old Diamond Smith who was taken into custody Wednesday night along with two of his two sons and another woman.

Hadley and other family and friends of the four claim Macomb County Sheriff Deputies crossed the line moments after one deputy stopped to investigate the four, who had been sitting inside a car in front of Hadley's home in Mount Clemens.

Investigators say the deputy witnessed something being thrown out of the vehicle and believed it may have been "narcotic related."

But what unfolded was a chaotic scene that was caught on several cell phone videos.

A sergeant with the Macomb County Sheriff's Office said they were going to release body cam videos of the incident Friday, but decided they needed to do further investigation before releasing their videos to the public.

No drugs or weapons were found, but four people were arrested and charged with felony Assaulting/Resisting/Obstructing.
