FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. (WXYZ) — Farmington Hills is looking for candidates for its paid-on-call firefighter position.
Officials say the job is part-time, paid and offers many rewards within the department.
Here's what the job entails:
- Respond to emergencies in the evenings and weekends
- Respond to medical emergencies, extinguish fires
- Helping others in the community
There will be an informational meeting at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19 at Fire Station #5 on West 11 Mile Road.
