Oakland University police say they are investigating after a man allegedly exposed himself to a woman at the Kresge Library on Sunday.
The incident reportedly happened near the study rooms in the building.
Police say the victim was looking out of the window when the man flashed her.
The suspect has reportedly been identified. No charges have been issued yet in the case.
