CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WXYZ) — A man who ran a CrossFit gym in Clinton Township was sentenced Tuesdayto 3 to 20 years in prison for setting up a video camera to video tape women at his gym.
Last April, Matthew Krakowski was charged with setting up the camera in the women's changing area.
In October, 14 new counts were added, including seven that involve minors.
Krakowski pleaded no contest to the charges back in February.
In November, more than a dozen women filed a lawsuit alleging they were illegally videotaped while using the bathroom and changing at the gym.
