The man accused of shooting a 2-year-old in the head in Detroit may be arraigned today.
Cleveland Smelley was arrested Thursday in Oak Park.
Police say Smelley is the one who shot 2-year-old McKenzie Oldham. They say it happened on Wednesday after Smelley got into an argument with the toddler's father.
Right now, the little girl is clinging to life in the hospital.
