A 53-year-old man from Ypsilanti is facing one count of possession of child sexually abusive material and one count of using a computer to commit a crime.
Jeffrey Harris, 53, was arraigned on Oct. 5 in Isabella County Trial Court.
He is accused of watching child sexually abusive material at Central Michigan University's Park Library on Oct. 4.
CMU police executed a search warrant at his home in Ypsilanti.
They recovered multiple DVDs, a cell phone and computer suspected of containing child sexually explicit material.
He is currently lodged at the Isabella County Jail.
