Man and women sought in robbery of Sterling Heights AT&T store where employees were tied up

STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. (WXYZ) — Police are on the scene of an armed robbery at an AT&T store on Van Dyke in Sterling Heights.

They were called to the scene by a 911 call at around 3:00 p.m. Tuesday. An employee had gotten loose after being tied up in a back room and called 911.

By the time officers got there a few minutes later, the suspects had already left the scene.

One suspect is described as a African American male wearing a bandana over his face, wearing all black clothes with a black trench coat. He was carrying a semi-automatic rifle.

The second suspect is a African American female wearing a mask over her face, and also wearing all black clothing.

They fled the scene in a white Pontiac Grand Prix in an unknown direction.

No one was injured.
