Michigan State Police officers arrested Jason Baase, 34, on charges related to a fatal crash on Nov. 20.
The crash occurred on northbound M-52 near Old Manchester Road in Chelsea.
Dawn Anderson, 52, was killed when Baase struck her vehicle.
The Washtenaw County Prosecutor's Office authorized three felony charges against Baase, including one count of second degree murder, one count of first degree flee and elude and one count of driving while license suspended causing death.
Baase is receiving treatment at the University of Michigan Hospital for injuries sustained in the crash.
He is held without bond.
