DETROIT (WXYZ) — Police are investigating a fatal accident that happened in Detroit overnight.
On March 28 around 3:15 a.m., a man in his 30's was driving a 2018 Dodge Durango when he hit a 38-year-old man driving a 2018 Chevy Malibu in the area of Telegraph and Grand River.
Police say the Dodge Durango driver then lost control of his vehicle and struck a pole. Medics took the man to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
The Chevy Malibu driver did not sustain any injuries, police say.
The circumstances surrounding this incident are still being investigated.
