WARREN, Mich. (WXYZ) — A man is in critical condition after the car he was driving slammed into the back of a semi on southbound Mound Rd. near 12 Mile in Warren on Thursday afternoon.
Right now, the circumstances surrounding the crash aren't clear, but Chopper 7 was over the scene showing multiple police officers, paramedics and tow trucks on scene. The road is closed while they continue their investigation. We're told it took about 15-20 minutes to get the man out of the vehicle.
According to police, the man is in critical condition after the crash. Currently, they're working to remove the semi from off of the car.
