Detroit police are trying to figure out who shot and killed a 28-year-old man at a Citgo gas station on the city's west side.
It happened around 7:45 this morning. Police say a man fired several shots at the driver of a blue Hyundai in the gas station parking lot.
The victim was able to drive for about a mile until his car came to a stop on the Lodge service drive. That's when he was transported to the hospital and was later pronounced dead.
Investigators say it's too early to tell if this was a random shooting or if the victim was targeted.
