Detroit police are investigating after a man was shot near a liquor store on the city's east side.
Police say the 28-year-old man was walking in the area of Mack and Guilford when he was shot in the abdomen.
The incident happened around 1:30 a.m.
The victim was rushed to the hospital where he is currently listed in temporary serious condition.
