The man who was found guilty of raping multiple women in Detroit is going to be sentenced on Friday.

Anthony Thornton, 46, of Port Huron, accused of inviting a lesbian woman he met at a homeless shelter in Detroit to an abandoned house to drink and smoke on April 20, 2010. When she tried to leave, prosecutors say Thornton and other men in the house took turns raping her.
On March 8, 2011, Thornton is accused of raping a woman that was invited to a Detroit home by his friend. The victim reportedly escaped and then notified police.
Thornton's sentencing is scheduled for 2:45 p.m. Friday in front of Judge Vonda Evans.
