Two men who were caught on camera walking into Dearborn Police headquarters with guns and cameras will face a judge today.

Brandon Vreeland, 40, and 24-year-old James Craig Baker were arraigned on multiple charges.

This is a case of Open Carry Laws versus public safety and perception - the attorney for Brandon Vreeland and James Craig Baker says the men didn't committee any crimes

The Dearborn Police Chief disagrees and today the judge will determine whether there is enough evidence to move forward.

Surveillance video shows the two self proclaimed open carry activists entering the Dearborn police station.

It shows Brandon Vreeland video taping and Baker having an intense exchange with police. The prosecutor says the men were armed with a shoulder mounted firearm and handguns.

They face multiple charges including brandishing a firearm and disturbing the peace.
