COMMERCE TWP., Mich. (WXYZ) — An arrest has been made in a criminal sexual conduct case investigation in Oakland County.
Paul Oscar-Cuevas Alvarado, 28, was arrested Wednesday morning at Chicago O'Hare International Airport as he was attempting to board a flight to Dallas, Texas, police say.
Alvarado, who is a resident of Saltillo, Mexico and is currently on a work Visa in Dearborn, is wanted for third-degree criminal sexual conduct.
Alvarado is now awaiting extradition to Oakland County.
